For this project that fits into a context with a particular building plot close to village center lined houses, the Swiss architect, Andrea Pelati, has chosen to beautify the entire public space, by opening the other side of the houese, to have a glimpse of the park and the roofs of the old town.
Developed on three levels, with ground floor dedicated to a rented apartment, the villa is arranged from front walls of varying heights that create a screen from view, where settlers can enjoy this space with confidence.
In the south side, there is a terrace that extends from the dining area facing the plant part. In the north side, the stay is extended by a second terrace which is accessed by the private garden.
One of the latest achievements of the Architecht Andrea Pelati agency, founded in 2005 in Neuchâtel.
